I provide virtual therapy serving those who reside in the surrounding areas of Colorado and those in the state of Florida.

Prior to our scheduled sessions, you will receive an email with a HIPPA-protected unique link for each session.

All you have to do is to choose when and where you feel most comfortable having therapy.

Yes! I am currently credentialed with Aetna and Optum (United).

My self-pay fee for sessions are $160 per 50 minutes.

You may contact your insurance to see if you have out-of-network benefits. In that case, I am able to provide you with monthly super bills that you can submit to your insurance provider.

I require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, or you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100.

An occasional exception may be made in the case of an emergency. Please notify me by text or email if you need to cancel.

No! The amount of sessions you have all depends on you, your therapeutic goals, and your life circumstances surrounding the need for therapy!

Throughout our time together, we will regularly check-in to see how you’re feeling about your progress and the work we’re doing together.

My clients work with me for years, months, or for a set number of sessions.
